تاريخ This is described as an "oversized" postcard (larger than a traditionally sized card). Because the card was larger than a normal postcard, it was not able to be mailed at the cheaper "postcard" rates, but had to have the same postage as a first class mail letter. postage of five cents printed where a stamp goes. First class mail was five cents in the US from January 1963 to January 1968.
