اطول مبانى نيو يورك

مدينة نيو يورك ، المدينة الاكتر سكان فى امريكا، هيا موطن لاكتر من 7000 انسان المبانى الشاهقة المكتملة اللى لا يقل ارتفاعها عن 35 metres (115 ft) ، [1] منها ما يقلش عن 102 اطول من 650 feet (198 m) . اطول مبنى فى نيو يورك هو مركز التجارة العالمى اللى ارتفاعه 1,776 feet (541 m) .[2][3][4] ناطحة السحاب [upper-alpha 1] 104 طوابق هيا كمان اطول مبنى فى امريكا ، و اطول مبنى فى نصف الكرة الغربى ، وسابع اطول مبنى فى العالم .[2][3] على 1,550 feet (472 m) يعد برج سنترال بارك تانى اطول مبنى مكتمل فى المدينة. فيه اعلى سقف لاى مبنى بره آسيا، و هو اطول مبنى سكنى فى العالم.[5] تالت اطول مبنى مكتمل فى المدينة هو 111 غرب شارع 57 . يرتفع ل1,428 feet (435 m) ، انها ناطحة السحاب الاكتر رشاقة فى العالم.[6] رابع اطول برج هو فاندربيلت . على 1,401 feet (427 m) و هو اطول مبنى ادارى فى وسط المدينة.[7] خامس اطول برج هو 432 بارك افينيو بارتفاع 1,397 feet (426 m) .[8]

على 1,250 feet (381 m) ، كان مبنى امباير ستيت [A] 102 دور فى وسط مانهاتن ، اللى تم الانتهاء منه سنة 1931، يعتبر اطول مبنى فى العالم من اكتماله لحد سنة 1970، لما اتبنا ه على ارتفاع 1,368 feet (417 m) تجاوزه البرج الشمالى لمركز التجارة العالمى الاصلي.[9] و هو تاسع اطول مبنى فى امريكا، ويرتفع لقمة 1,454 feet (443 m) [B] بما فيها الهوائى الخاص به.[11] البرج الشمالى (مركز التجارة العالمى الاصلي)، مع البرج الجنوبى (اول مركزين للتجارة العالمية)، اللى كان اقصر بستة اقدام، حمل ده اللقب لمده صغيره بس حيث تم تجاوزهما ببناء 110- الحكايه [C] برج ويليس فى شيكاغو سنة 1973. ظل البرجان التوام اطول المبانى فى مدينة نيو يورك لحد تم تدميرهما سنة 2001فى هجمات 11 سبتمبر ، تاركين مبنى امباير ستيت تانى كاطول مبنى فى المدينة.[12][13]

بدا بناء مركز التجارة العالمى الجديد سنة 2006؛ فى ابريل 2012 تجاوز مبنى امباير ستيت علشان يكون الاطول فى المدينة. عند اكتماله فى مايو 2013، بلغ 1,776 feet (541 m) تجاوز مركز التجارة العالمى برج ويليس علشان يكون اطول مبنى فى امريكا، والنصف الغربى من الكرة الارضية .[3][14] يعد مركز التجارة العالمى جزء من اعادة تطوير مركز التجارة العالمى ، اللى يتضمن كمان مبنى 1,079 feet (329 m) 3 مركز التجارة العالمى ، [15] ارتفاعه 977 feet (298 m) 4 مركز التجارة العالمى ، [16] ارتفاعه 743 feet (226 m) 7 مركز التجارة العالمى ، [17] المبنى المعتمد اللى ارتفاعه 900 قدم (274 م) 5 مركز التجارة العالمى ، [18] ومبنى معلق اتبنا ه جزئى: المبنى اللى ارتفاعه 1,350 feet (411 m) 2 مركز التجارة العالمى .[19]

تتركز غالبية ناطحات السحاب فى مدينة نيو يورك فى وسط المدينة ووسط مدينة مانهاتن ، رغم ان الاحياء التانيه فى مانهاتن و احياء بروكلين وكوينز وبرونكس تحتوى كمان على بعض المبانى الشاهقة. As of يوليه2023[[Category:Articles containing potentially dated statements from غلط تعبيري: عامل < مش متوقع]] ، كان فيه 316 ناطحة سحاب مكتملة ارتفعت على الاقل 492 feet (150 m) فى الارتفاع، اكتر من اى مدينة تانيه فى نصف الكرة الغربي، والتالتة فى العالم لا تتجاوزها اللا هونج كونج وشنتشن ؛ 20 اضافية بيتبنى.[20] [D]

تاريخ تعديل

بدا تاريخ ناطحات السحاب فى مدينة نيو يورك ببناء مبانى الحياة العادلة ، وويسترن يونيون ، وتريبيون فى اوائل سبعينيات القرن التسعتاشر. تضمنت ناطحات السحاب المبكرة القصيرة نسبى، اللى يشار ليها ساعات باسم "ناطحات السحاب الاولية" او "ناطحات السحاب الاولية"، ميزات زى الاطار الفولاذى و المصاعد - هيا الابتكارات الجديدة اللى تم استخدامها فى ناطحات السحاب اللى بعد كده بالمدينة. : 62 بدا بناء ناطحة السحاب الحديثة مع الانتهاء من المبنى العالمى سنة 1890؛ ارتفع الهيكل لقمة 349 feet (106 m) .[23] رغم انه مش اول مبنى شاهق فى المدينة، الا انه كان اول مبنى يتجاوز ارتفاعه 284 feet (87 m) برج كنيسة الثالوث .[24] تم هدم المبنى العالمي، اللى ظل اطول مبنى فى المدينة لحد سنة 1899، [E] سنة 1955 للسماح ببناء مدخل موسع لجسر بروكلين .[25] مبنى بارك رو ، على 391 feet (119 m) ، كان اطول مبنى فى المدينة من سنة 1899 لسنة 1908، و اطول مبنى للمكاتب فى العالمفى نفس الفترة الزمنية.[26] بحلول سنة 1900، كان فه اكتر من 15 ناطحة سحاب فى مدينة نيو يورك 250 feet (76 m) فى الارتفاع.:[27] 280 

لعبت نيو يورك دور بارز فى تطوير ناطحة السحاب. من سنة 1890، 10 من المبانى اللى اتبنت فى المدينة اخدت لقب الاطول فى العالم.[28] [F] شافت مدينة نيو يورك فترتين مبكرتين اوى من طفرة بناء المبانى الشاهقة، امتدت الاولى من تسعينيات القرن التسعتاشر لحد العقد الاولانى من القرن العشرين، والثانية من نص عشرينيات القرن العشرين لاوائل تلاتينات القرن العشرين.[29] فى الفتره دى 44 ناطحات السحاب فوق 150 metres (492 ft) اتبنا ا [30] — بما فيها مبنى سنجر ، وبرج ميت لايف ، ومبنى وولورث ، و 40 وول ستريت ، ومبنى كرايسلر، ومبنى امباير ستيت، و كان كل منها هو الاطول فى العالم وقت اكتماله، آخر اللى اتبقا هكذا لمدة اربعين عاما.[28]

استؤنف بناء ناطحات السحاب فى اوائل الستينيات، مع طفرات البناء فى اوائل السبعينيات و اواخر التمانينات و اواخر العقد الاولانى من القرن الواحد و عشرين.[29] فى المجمل، شافت المدينة صعودًا لاكتر من 100 شخص الهياكل المكتملة والمغطاة 650 feet (198 m) عالية، بما فيها البرجين التوامين لمركز التجارة العالمى ، و اعادة تطوير مركز التجارة العالمى الحالي.[31]
