رئيس وزرا المملكة المتحدة بيتزعم حزب سياسى كبير ، و لازم يحافظ على ثقة مجلس العموم (مجلس النواب فى المجلس التشريعى) ، و فى نفس القت نفسه زعيم بيتزعم مجلس الوزرا (السلطه التنفيذيه) . فى النظام البريطان فيه وحده وطنيه بين القوى التشريعيه و التنفيذيه بدل من الفصل بينهم . <ref>[[#Le May|Le May]], 98–99.
