Feel free to wikify and include a link to it in the policy article, however, it is too detailed for a policy page. I was very busy in the last period and couldn't have noticed the proposal. I moved it to a sub-page of yours as you were the one who included its content, till you find a more appropriate title for the page.
Over the years, many users, including me, have made trials, but since many of which were original research or non-encyclopedic, they were moved.
Including such casual content in the policy page reduces the quality of the encyclopedia even more.
People coming to have a glimpse on the policies will surely not read a lengthy page. That reduces the probability of people actually reading the page.
The "rules" of the page are actually embarrassing since they are not followed by heavy contributors here.
How can a linguistic article describing pronunciation lack International Phonetic Alphabet notation?
