Renders a flag icon and wikilink to الراس الاخضر. This template is equivalent to {{flag|Cape Verde}}, but is named after the standard three letter ايزو 3166-1 الفا-3 country code, قائمة رموز بلدان اللجنة الأولمبية الدولية, and لستة كود الفيفا for Cape Verde as a shorthand editing convenience.
