The Template:Cmscat (or Template:W2c) links a page title to Wikimedia Commons, such as:

• {{w2c|flowers}}   - links page "flowers" on Wikimedia Commons
• {{w2c|New Delhi}} - links page "New Delhi" on Commons
• {{cmscat|category:xxx|Commons cat:xxx}} - links Category:xxx on Commons.

Note that the result is NOT a box, but instead just a text-link (appearing such as "flowers" or "New Delhi" or "Commons cat:xxx"). The name "w2c" is short for the "Wikipedia-to-Commons" connection. The link is not verified, so the link will appear as blue-text even when it is actually a missing, dead-link on the Wikimedia Commons website.
