This template shows information about the files in a standard format. The purpose of creating this is 1) to make transfer to Commons easier and 2) to make it easier for users to know which informations they should add to the files they upload.

Please do not translate the names of fields in this template but it is ok to translate the shown names in the template.

The fields are these:

1) If the license is not shown on the page linked to in source then there should be a link to the page on the website that confirms the license.
