English: "The Coat of Arms or blazon presents in the foreground the river, having tobacco crops on both banks (a characteristic crop of this province), then a pine forest and mountains on the horizon, reflecting the landscape of the same. The blazon rests on the gold-colored parchment rolled in its four angles that hold copies of the tobacco on both sides, all of it is kept on the beam of the republican union (in orange color) tied with purple ribbons, beam that holds up of the vermilion frigid cap, insignia of republican freedom that has a five-pointed star in the center, emblem of the country." Español: "El Escudo o blasón presenta en primer término el río, teniendo en las dos márgenes siembras de tabaco (característico cultivo de esta provincia), luego un pinar y al horizonte unas montañas, que reflejan el paisaje de la misma. Descansa el blasón sobre el pergamino de color oro enrollado en sus cuatro ángulos que sostienen a ambos lados ejemplares del tabaco, todo él se mantiene sobre el haz de la unión republicana (en color anaranjado) atado con cintas púrpuras, haz que sostiene en lo alto del gorro frígio color bermellón, insignia de la libertad republicana que lleva en el centro una estrella de cinco puntas, emblema de la patria." هذا العمل يقع في النَّطاق العامّ في بلد المنشأ وفي البلدان الأخرى والمناطق التي تمتدُّ فيها مدة حقوق التَّأليف والنشر لتغطي زمن حياة المُؤلِّف و 70 سنةً بعد وفاته أو أقل من ذلك.

أنتَ أيضاً مُلزمٌ بتضمين وسم النَّطاق العامّ لتحديد السبب الَّذي يجعلُ من هذا العمل مِلكيَّةً عامةً في الولايات المُتحدة الأمريكيَّة انتبه إلى أن قلةً من البلدان لديها بنودٌ لحقوق التَّأليف والنشر تمتد لمدةٍ أطول من 70 عام: هذه المُدّة هي 100 عام في المكسيك و95 عام في جامايكا و80 عام في كولومبيا و75 عام في غواتيمالا وساموا. ولذلك فإنَّ هذه الصُّورة قد لا تكون في النَّطاق العامّ في هذه البلدان، بالإضافة لكون حكم الفترة الأقصر غيرَ نافذٍ فيها. لدى ساحل العاج بندٌ عام لحقوق التَّأليف والنَّشر يمتدُّ حتَّى 99 عاماً وهو 75 عاماً في هندوراس، ولكن حكم الفترة الأقصر نافذٌ هناك. قد تشمل حقوق التَّأليف والنشر الأعمال المُنجزة من قبل فرنسيين توفوا في فرنسا خلال الحرب العالمية الثانية (للمزيد أنظر هنا)، أو روس خدموا في الجبهة الشرقية في الحرب العالمية الثانية (المعروفة باسم الحرب الوطنية العظمى في روسيا) وضحايا عمليات إعادة التأهيل في عمليات القمع في الاتحاد السوفياتي (للمزيد أنظر هنا).

هذا الملفُّ مَلحُوظُ بصفته غيرَ مُقيَّدٍ بحقوق التَّأليف والنشر، وهذا يشمل أيضاً الحقوق المُجاوِرة أَو ذات الصلة جميعُها.
