Author unknown to me. As stated in Polyvios Marchand's biography, p. 86, this promotional photograph was taken on the occasion of Papadaki's participation in a production of Edward Sheldon's 'Romance', which was premiered in October 1931.

Uploaded a work by Unknown to me. It is certain that this photograph was taken in 1925 or even before 1925. This is certified by the trustworthy newspaper "KATHIMERINI" (check the URL given). Furthermore, every other journalist/newspaper reproducing this picture state that it was taken on the occasion of Papadaki's first role in Luigi Pirantello's 'Six Characters in Search of an Author', which she undertook at the age of 17; she was born in 1908, thus the picture was taken in the year 1925....
