«Прямоугольное голубое полотнище с соотношением сторон 2:3, повторяет сюжет герба МО „Черноярский сельсовет“, выполненное белой, чёрной и жёлтой красками».

Геральдическое описание герба гласит: «В лазоревом поле на повышенной, чешуевидно пересечённой чёрным и серебром, оконечности золотая, мурованная чёрным, зубчатая стена, посредине которой — такая же башня с открытыми воротами»
