Прямоугольное синее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, с жёлтой полосой вдоль древка шириной в 1/4 длины полотнища; на основной синей части флага в центре воспроизведена фигура из герба городского поселения — белый с жёлтыми верёвками парус, распростёртый на белой мачте с развевающийся к свободному краю флажком о двух косицах
