English: Black and white portrait photograph of President of the Republic of Brazil, H.E. João Goulart. President Goulart is dressed in white tie with sash and medallion. The photograph is in a silver frame with a crest of Brazil at top of frame in relief. Historical Note: This photograph was presented to President John F. Kennedy by João Goulart, President of Brazil (1961-1964) during his state visit to the White House on April 4, 1962.
