يقع هذا الملف في النِّطاق العام، لأنَّ Ley sobre Derechos de Autor de Cuba. Se encuentra en el dominio público por Decreto Ley No. 156 de 28 de septiembre de 1994, modificatorio parcialmente de Ley No. 14 de 28 de diciembre de 1977, Ley de Derecho de Autor (Art 47) que establece que las fotos entran al dominio público 25 años después de su primera utilización. La foto fue publicada en 1942 y entró al dominio público el 1 de enero de 1968.
