declined speedy deletion request: the photo used here is dreadful and as Tony's son and manager, I own this image and do not give permission for its use. I would prefer the photo that was here before to replace it

• Per Túrelio I have declined this speedy deletion request. Being a person's manager/son does not give you ownership over every image of them, sorry. The photographer owns their own work. However, I agree with you that this is not a great photo. The solution is for you to arrange a good photo to be freely licensed, and evidence of the license sent to COM:OTRS. Once we have a good image on Commons, it is likely to get preferentially used on wikipedia. The previously used image (File:Tony_Christie_Steal_The_Sun_Afghan_Heroes.jpg) is still available, but was probably switched because it is side on.
