This is William MacNeely, Bishop of the Diocese of Raphoe from 1923 to 1963, photographed at the studio of Keogh Brothers in Dorset Street, Dublin.

In keeping with the bovine thread that has been running through recent photos, the bishop was also a successful breeder of Shorthorn cattle.
